What Qualifies as a True After-Hours Emergency

We reserve after-hours service (7 PM - 7 AM) for genuine emergencies only:

• Refrigerator or freezer complete failure (food loss imminent)
• Gas leak (any time, any day — call immediately)
• Water leak that could damage floors or cabinets
• Smoke or burning smell from any appliance

After-Hours Call-Out Fee

We charge an after-hours fee of KSh 2,500 (in addition to standard repair costs). This covers the technician's overtime and transport. We tell you the total estimate before dispatching — no surprises.

What Happens When You Call After Hours

1. We assess the urgency over the phone.
2. If truly urgent, we dispatch the on-call technician.
3. Technician arrives within 60-90 minutes (traffic permitting).
4. Temporary fix if full repair isn't possible overnight.
5. Full repair scheduled for the next morning if needed.
